I've used Arseneau Plumbing Co. for both commercial and residential work, and I've been extremely happy with the service every time. Chris is great to work with—he's knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and takes pride in his work. Whether it's a bigger commercial job or something at my house, I know I can call Chris and count on him to get the job done right. He communicates well, shows up when he says he will, and doesn't try to sell you on things you don't need. It's not always easy to find a contractor you can really trust, but Chris is one of those guys. I would definitely recommend Arseneau Plumbing Co. to anyone looking for a plumber. I'll continue using him for any plumbing work I need in the future.

I've been using Chris at the commercial building I manage in Murrieta for about 6 months now. He is very professional, prompt, reasonably priced and knows his stuff. In addition, he is a true independent owner/operator, not some institutionally owned business deceptively advertising as locally owned or family operated. That is a big deal for me. I have used many plumbers over the last few years and I am happy I finally found someone I can rely on.

Excellent job, even on a hot day, the work was completed quickly and checked to ensure that everything was working great. Very friendly and professional.

Chris is a great communicator and he has done 2 separate services at my house. He installed a faucet and P trap for my laundry area which I remodeled myself, but I don't like to mess up with something as important as plumbing. Another time Chris came on a quick notice to stop a gas leak I had in my yard. He explains things well and his prices are fair.

Chris is very professional, reliable and his pricing is reasonable. I needed a plumber to come out to fix my clogged toilet, he is very responsive and took care of the problem immediately. He took everything apart, diagnosed the issue, took care of the root cause and put everything back together leaving the new toilet and bathroom spotless. I highly recommend his services and will be using him again for my future needs.

We live in a brick ranch circa 1960 on a slab. One day our dishwasher and sink would not drain, and neither would our tub. It was horrible. Chris and his team got to work right away, chopped through the slab and set up a new drain, and connected our kitchen to an alternate line he discovered, saving us thousands. Then he put in a new shower that we wanted. He was quick, knowledgable, and diligent; and saved us so much time and money. You couldn't do better.
